How much does each package cost?
Packages are quoted individually because the price depends on the size of your home, the access at both ends and the distance between them. Tell us those three things and you'll have a written quote within two hours — no site visit needed for most residential moves.
Which package should I choose?
As a rule of thumb: Basic for a studio or one-bedroom, Standard for two to three bedrooms, Premium for four or more, or when you don't want to pack. Business Move is for offices and commercial sites. If you're between two, choose the smaller one and add what you need — it's usually cheaper than the tier above.
Can I change a package after booking?
Yes. Packages are a starting point, and most bookings get adjusted at least once. Add or remove services any time before moving day and your coordinator will re-quote the difference.
Is insurance included in every package?
Yes. Goods-in-transit and public liability cover apply to all four packages at no extra cost. If you're moving high-value items, tell your coordinator and we'll talk through additional cover.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you a bigger crew, dismantling and appliance handling, with packing support for fragile items only. Premium adds full professional packing and unpacking, all materials, appliance installation, piano handling, rubbish removal and end of lease cleaning. Premium is the one where you don't lift anything.
Do packages cover interstate moves?
Yes. All four work for interstate moves, which are quoted as a fixed price once we know the volume. Every long-distance move runs through our Sydney hub, so the same crew loads and unloads.
How does the credit work?
Complete a move on any package and credit is added to your UNN account, from $20 on Basic up to $50 on Premium and Business. It's worth its full face value against any future service.
Can I book just one service instead of a package?
Yes. Every service is available on its own — packing, storage, cleaning, rubbish removal, assembly and the rest. Packages exist because bundling is usually cheaper than booking each piece separately, not because you have to.
What if my moving date changes?
Reschedule at no charge on any package. Settlements fall through and handover dates slip, and we'd rather move your booking than penalise you for something outside your control.
Do you supply the packing boxes?
Materials are included in Premium and Business. On Basic and Standard you can add them from $50, or pack with your own cartons if you'd prefer.
